Public Transit Directions

By Train

Take the EL (Blue Line) to the Girard Station stop and once you get out of the station Head south on N. Front street, towards  Wildey, and shortly thereafter you will see the Theater on your left hand side.

By Bus

The 57 Bus Runs from N. to S. Philly and vice versa, beginning at the Fern Rock Transportation in N. Philly, and Whitman Plaza in S. Philly Stopping closest to the Theater at 3rd and Poplar. From there you walk Northeast down Poplar until you get to N. American St. where you will turn left, and go one block until you hit W. Laurel St., turn right onto Laurel walk until you get to front turn left onto Front St. then the Theatre will be on your right hand side.

By Trolley

You can also take the Girard Trolley or 15 Bus until you get to Front and Girard, follow the same directions as you would from the El.

Driving Directions

The Theater is located at 941 N. Front Street between poplar and laurel street. However if you are driving to the Theater it can be very confusing due to the many dead ends and weird turns that are around the theater.

The best way's to drive to the theater:

From the North: Travel down 2nd St: Go to Brown & Second street and turn onto brown.
From the South: Get to Spring Garden Street and turn onto Front Street from spring garden st. (for those of you who don't know, Front Street is basically 1st street.
From New York Area: Take the NJ Tpk South. Exit 4 to the Ben Franklin Bridge. Get off the Bridge at the first exit (it's on the right very soon after the bridge ends, make sure to be in the right lane). You will be on 5th st. Take 5th St approximately
